Kim Beers is a second-generation Realtor born and raised in Thousand Oaks, California. Moving was something very common for her in her upbringing and she lived up and down California as well as Tucson and Flagstaff, Arizona. While in Arizona she studied Graphic Design, Journalism, and Creative Writing while putting her Website Building skills to work.
In 2011 she moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico and obtained her Real Estate license in 2014 and went on to win many real estate awards. She was a 2015 Nominee for Rookie of the Year for the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors, multiple Top Agent awards at Coldwell Banker Legacy from 2015-2019, in 2016 she was featured on the TLC’s hit TV show My First Home, and from 2020-2021 she won RE/MAX 100% Club & Top 10 Team in New Mexico. In 2024 she joined La Rosa Realty.
During the pandemic she bought and remodeled a beautiful home in the small, picturesque community of Celebration, Florida and obtained her Florida Real Estate license to further her dreams to be closer to Disney and the Beach. Kim is a family-oriented Realtor who has been married to her husband since 2018 and they have four rescue dogs together. Both are huge Disney fans, got married at Disneyland and currently are Walt Disney World Annual Passholders. She also is proud advocate for Adopt Don’t Shop and volunteers at local Animal Rescue organizations.
Kim holds herself to the highest of standards in finding you the perfect home in Central Florida or getting your home sold fast. Communication is key for her and excellence in customer service is her number one priority.
